What's inside

Everything a job site needs. Nothing an office doesn't.

Built around how a trades business actually runs its week, without the clutter of an office tool.

Projects

Track every job and all non-project work in one place, for a holistic view of what's needed to get the job done.

Roster

Plan the week ahead, or simply watch the whole crew's shifts complete in real time. Managers see the entire team; workers see their own schedule.

Clock In/Out

GPS location and a photo on every clock in and out for tamper-evident attendance. Or, if the feature isn't switched on, workers can enter their own hours manually.

Invoicing

Workers paid by invoice can generate them straight from the platform, built from their approved hours, which cuts manual errors and keeps every figure accurate.

Reporting

Track costs, revenue and profitability project by project, with job cards, stage tracking and status derived automatically from quote to complete.

Activities & Approvals

Timesheets and expenses land the moment a shift ends. Log and approve them in real time, right from the roster.

About Us

Built on site, not in an office.

Stories like these are exactly why Wodo exists. Because before building it, our founder lived those same problems himself.

He spent over two decades in digital, managing projects, building products, and untangling complexity for some of Australia's biggest organisations. Then he swapped the laptop for the tools. That's where he saw it: crews run on memory, texts and goodwill, costs nobody could pin down, and paperwork stealing hours from the actual work. Skills from one world, exactly what the other was missing.

So he built Wodo, also known as Wɔdɔ in its original form, in Sydney, Australia, and tested it where it matters, on site, on real jobs, with dusty hands. Every feature earned its place in the field before it earned a place in the app.

The same project management discipline that runs digital teams sits under the bonnet of this platform. It would work just as well for an office project, but it was never built for one. Every decision was made for trades.

Wodo exists to make the daily running of a trades business easier, so your energy goes where it belongs: the real work.

Common questions

Questions, answered.

The things trades businesses ask us most.

Do my crew need to download anything from an app store?
No. Wodo runs in any phone browser, and your crew can add it to their home screen in a couple of taps. There is nothing to download, update, or approve through an app store, so getting a new team member set up takes minutes.
What do I get on the free plan?
The free plan includes the full Wodo feature set, with one limit: up to five users. It is ad-supported and has no time limit. If your team grows beyond five, Premium removes the user cap.
What is included in Premium?
Premium unlocks everything, including GPS-verified clock in and out with photo evidence, unlimited team members, and the full project cost and profitability tools.
Can I try Premium before committing?
Yes. Every new account can run a 30-day free trial of Premium, with no credit card required. When the trial ends you can continue on Premium or move to the free plan, whichever fits.
What is the Customer Services add-on?
Customer Services is a hands-on support option for Premium customers. The Wodo team helps you get set up and integrated, then takes on the ongoing running of the app for you, from onboarding your crew to keeping everything up to date. It takes the admin off your plate so you can stay on the actual job. Get in touch to find out more.
How does Wodo track job costs and profit?
Wodo brings together labour hours, expenses, and overheads against each job, so you can see revenue, cost, and profit per job in real time rather than working it out after the fact.
Is Wodo built for office project management too?
Wodo is built specifically for trades and field-service work. The same project management discipline under the bonnet would work for an office project, but every decision, from clock in to job costing, was made for teams working on site.
